| Chuck
Arnao, PMP |
PMP, CQA, CCP - has been an international lecturer for
over twenty years. He has developed and delivered workshops
in project management techniques, applications development,
and information technology quality assurance, for over
two thousand professionals representing over one hundred
different client organizations. He has implemented and
conducted training on competency based programs stressing
the behavioral aspects of project management. Also has
conducted numerous executive overviews to client senior
management as well as professional organizations on
current topics and issues in project management and
applications development. BA Economics, Bucknell University

DeLucia, PMP |
Is
a registered professional engineer and a PMP with over
33 years experience in engineering, construction management,
project management and facilities management in various
positions in federal and state government and the private
sector. In recent years, his project management experience
has extended into large information technology, personnel
recruitment and training, and organizational restructuring
projects. Has a B.A in general arts and a B.S. in mechanical
engineering from Rutgers University , and an M.S. in
Environmental Engineering from Cornell University.
Is Director,
Project Management Division for the U.S. General Services
Administration in Philadelphia , a project office he
designed and implemented in 1994. With his wife Jackie
is author of Recipes for Project Success, published
by PMI in 1999. Contributing author to Work Team Coaching,
published by Herbelin Publications in 2000, responsible
for 18 project managers running over $1 billion of capital
projects
.
Is Director
of the DVC Education Committee, teaching courses in
Foundations of Project Management and team leader for
rewriting of course materials in accord with the 3 rd
Edition of the PMBOK. Adjunct professor at Villanova
University , teaching masters-level courses in project
management, performance management, and team building.
Created and recorded a web based version of Performance
Management, currently available though the Villanova
continuing education website.
As Director of the Education
Committee of the Delaware Valley Chapter of PMI, was
project manager for rewriting Foundations and PMP Certification
prep class materials to conform with the 3 rd Edition
of the PMBOK. This rewrite included completion of a
gap analysis, comparing the content of the 2000 Edition
of the PMBOK with the 3 rd Edition, and planning, and
leading subject matter experts of the Education Committee
to redesign all class materials, including slides, handbooks,
exercises, and review questions. This effort, beginning
in November 2003, recently completed the first iteration
for classes beginning in the fall semester of 2005,
and will entail follow-up monitoring and improvement
of the materials based on the initial class exposure.

Donohue, PMP |
Kathleen
Donohue is an independent consultant offering training
and consulting services specializing in project management
and team building. Her focus is on providing effective
project execution and control using formal project management
techniques that are streamlined for easy and rapid use,
but provide critical information for good decision-making,
communication and stakeholder management. She has adapted
these practices for clients in many types of national
and corporate cultures and worked in a variety of industries
including finance, telecommunications, information technology,
publishing, bio-technologies, health care and government.
Ms. Donohue has
been a manager, project manager, consultant and trainer
in various organizations, consulting firms and independently
since 1987. Before that, she worked for various Wall
Street firms in trading and operations.
Combining a rich
variety of skills including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
(MBTI) qualification, knowledge of anagram and other
personality models, neuro-linguistic programming, emotional
intelligence, and conflict management techniques with
leadership knowledge and skills and a strong background
in business and management, Ms. Donohue strives to provide
a holistic view and application of project leadership
to foster communications and understanding and enable
her clients to achieve not only their project goals,
but to enhance their meta cognitive strategies and professional
growth.

Ms. Donohue
is an active member of the Project Management Institute
including the Education Committee of the Delaware Valley
Chapter. She is an adjunct instructor at Villanova,
Rowan and Millersville Universities .
Ms. Donohue is
a graduate of Baruch College of the City University
of New York where she holds a BBA in Human Resource
Management. The Project Management Institute certifies
Ms. Donohue as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
She is also a qualified facilitator for the Myers-Briggs
Type Indicator (MBTI), the Anagram, and the Herrmann
Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI). Additionally, she
holds a certificate in training and development.

| Jay
Gassaway, PMP |
Jay
D. Gassaway, PMP has a bachelor's in mechanical engineering
and an MBA in finance and economics. He and his wife,
Gail, reside in West Deptford, New Jersey . He has been
employed by Public Service Electric and Gas Co. since
1970 and has worked primarily in a project environment
since that time. He was a member of the project management
team for the design and construction of the Salem and
Hope Creek nuclear generating stations and is now a
member of the Nuclear Department. He recently developed
the Project Management Manual for the organization.
Jay has been
a member of PMI since 1992 and a PMP since 1994. His
primary contributions to the chapter have been through
the Education Committee, which he joined in 1996. He
instructs Foundations and PMP Prep classes and teaches
Risk and Multiple Projects courses in the Masters Certificate
program. He recently completed a two-year term as Vice
President -' Education, and is currently chapter President-Elect.
He is currently teaching an on-line PMP Preparation
class and is on the team upgrading the chapter's PMP
Prep curriculum material to the new 3d Edition of PMBOK.

Tom
Heinze is a graduate of Villanova University in 1985
with a BS in Electrical Engineering. I have Worked for
the GSA for the past 19 years, during which time I became
a Project Management Professional (1996). Received Masters
Certificate in Project management from Villanova – PMI
in 2000. |

Japka, PMP |
Jonathan
Japka has over 25 years of Project Management experience
earning his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
in 1996. He is an experienced construction Project Manager
having been responsible for many multi-million dollar
projects. Currently Mr. Japka is a leading implementer
of Primavera System's enterprise level project management
software. He is experienced in Government agencies,
General construction, Information Systems (IT), New
Product Development, Refinery, Power Plant, and Pharmaceutical
industries.
Mr. Japka graduated from Rutgers
University with a BS in Civil Engineering specializing
in Construction Management. He is a regular speaker
at the NJ PMI Symposium and Primavera Systems yearly
international user conference. He is an authorized Primavera
Systems instructor bringing his real word experiences
to the classroom environment. |

Kroculick, PMP |
Winnie
Kroculick is an experienced project management practitioner
and instructor, with over 10 years experience in all
aspects of Project Management including initiating,
planning, executing, controlling and closing projects
and programs in the financial, pharmaceutical, information
technology and energy industries. Winnie is currently
a Sr. Project Manager at for JP Morgan Chase managing
all aspects of technology projects and programs.
Winnie is
a PMP who is an active member of the Project Management
Institute including the Education Committee of the Delaware
Valley Chapter. She is skilled instructor, responsible
for contributions to the development and delivery of
Project Management course material for the PMI-DVC/Villanova
co-sponsored Foundations of Project Management Program.
She is also an adjunct instructor at Villanova University
teaching Project Management courses.
Winnie holds an MBA from Temple
University . She also holds a Bachelors in Business
Administration and a Bachelors in Communications from
Kutztown University. |

| Scott
McCreary, PMP |
Scott
McCreary has nearly 20 years of IT-related project management
experience, working with and for Fortune 500, top healthcare
organizations, technology companies, financial institutions,
integrators, state and local government and higher education.
Has led project teams in pre- and post-sales project
delivery as both PM and as a managing consultant. Has
a BS in English Education from Indiana University of
Pennsylvania and earned his PMP certification in 2001.
He is currently a Senior Project Manager at Children's
Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and is leading a project
to design and build a Project Management Office for
CHOP's Information Services department. |

Charles Poplos, PMP |
Charles
Poplos delivers project management training at Delaware
Technical & Community College. Has over 30 years
of project management experience, and has developed
courses for his college and for the Federal Highway
Administration. Is a member of the board of directors,
Project Management Institute, Delaware Valley Chapter,
and is on PMI's standards committee.
His project
management experience includes major, multi-million
dollar defense projects while a member of the US Air
Force, which projects included, among others, development
of deployable, mobile, tactical intelligence distribution
systems for the Air Force and Marines; and a complete
upgrade of computer systems needed to transfer computer-based
files between national data bases of the United States
, Canada , and the United Kingdom .
Since joining
Delaware Tech, Dr. Poplos has worked with such companies
as Bell-Atlantic (now Verizon) on a system-wide distance
learning project; Bank One on a web-based project to
train people new to banking in the use of banking products;
and other projects supporting dozens of smaller companies.
Has a BA degree
from the University of Maryland , an MA in Systems Management
from the University of Oklahoma , an MPA degree from
Angelo State University , and a doctorate in education
from Wilmington College . His doctoral research was
in developing interventions for people who experience
technophobia and computer anxiety.
Is also a visiting professor
with the University of Zagreb, Croatia, where he lectures
on project management. |

| Kerri
Strike, PMP |
Kerri
Strike is a project management consultant who teaches
and lectures on various PM principles along with process
improvement methodologies. Prior to consulting, Kerri
spent 15 years in the telecommunications industry where
she worked in various functional areas such as Business
Development, Customer Service, Engineering and Operations.
Her last position was that of Director, Program Management
at TruePosition Inc., a company that develops hardware
and software for wireless location systems.
Kerri served
on the Board of Directors for the Delaware Valley Chapter
of PMI from 1995 until 2002. She served as Secretary,
Vice President of Programs, President and Chairman.
She earned her Project Management Professional (PMP)
certification in 1999.
Kerri received
a B.S. degree in marketing from Temple University ,
and Masters Degree in business administration from Penn
State University . She is a member of the Project Management
Institute and PMI's Delaware Valley Chapter as well
as the PMI-DVC Education Committee. She has lectured
at project management conferences for PMI and the International
Research Institute plus professional society meetings
for the Product Development and Management Association
as well as the Delaware Valley Chapter of PMI.
Additionally,
Kerri is on the Board of Directors for the Delaware
Valley Golden Retriever Rescue and is an Elder for First
Presbyterian Church in Springfield . When not working
on project management activities, she enjoys volunteering
with the DVGRR, McDonald's LPGA Championship plus various
community and church activities.
Kerri has developed instructional
materials for PMI-Delaware Valley Chapter's Project
Management Foundations course that is used by Villanova
University , Millersville University and Delaware Technical
College . Additionally, she has developed a PMP Certification
Exam Preparation course for Penn State University 's
Abington campus. |

| Kristy
Tan, PMP |
Kristy Tan is Vice President of Customer Support for
Primavera Systems Inc, a leading project portfolio management
solutions company. Has more than 20 years of experience
in the project management, including applications in
Construction, Software Development, and IT projects.
At Primavera Systems, Tan's career has evolved from
being a project team member to project manager to executive
sponsor, which gave her a comprehensive understanding
of the different perspectives of project stakeholders.
Along with
her experience as software trainer, is part of the Project
Management faculty of Villanova University where she
leads basic and advanced project management classes.
She frequently authors and leads educational presentations
at Primavera customer conferences, and most recently
was a speaker at the 2005 PMI Asia Pacific Congress
on the topic of Project Management Maturity. Has been
an active member of Project Management Institute for
16 years. She has held various leadership positions
on a local PMI chapter board, and had been a member
of the North American Congress Project Action Team.
Tan currently serves on the Congress Knowledge Advisory
Group for PMI's 2005 Congresses. |
